Protection of Personal Data

• The Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, the transition process of which has been completed as of 7 April 2018, brings very serious obligations to real and legal persons who process personal data in order to prevent risks such as abuse of personal data that may occur through the processing of personal data, and interference with people’s rights and freedoms.

• In this respect, we offer our clients the following services in accordance with KVKK;
o Determination and analysis of liabilities within the scope of KVKK

o Preparation and / or amendment of contracts that the clients have to sign within the scope of KVKK
